Small against Big: The Incredible Duel

Guests: Annette Frier, Fabian Hambüchen, Elisabeth Seitz, René Casselly, Jan Josef Liefers and others.

What an anniversary! For the 50th time, host Kai Pflaume presents his show "Klein gegen Groß - Das unglaubliche Duell". In the anniversary edition, the audience can once again expect many small talents who challenge their big duel partners to unbelievable competitions.

This time, actress Annette Frier, Let's Dance and Ninja Warrior winner René Casselly, "Tatort" star Jan Josef Liefers, European gymnastics champion Elisabeth Seitz and Olympic gymnastics champion Fabian Hambüchen are among those taking part.

Fabian Hambüchen, who already competed in an exciting duel at the premiere of "Klein gegen Groß" in 2011 and then took on five more challenges, will now once again really put his foot down in the 50th edition.

Small and big fans of the "Funny Paperbacks" know that the comic characters are always drawn in the same colour combinations. Scrooge McDuck, for example, has a black hat, a white duck body, a red coat, beak and feet are yellow, walking stick and spats are blue. Only on the basis of the combination of five different colours does nine-year-old Tobias want to recognise the other comic stars from Duckburg. Whether his opponent, actress Annette Frier, can also master this tricky colour game will be shown in the "Little versus Big" duel.

Three-time Olympic participant Elisabeth Seitz has a sporting task to master when she accepts the challenge posed to her by the young gymnast Helene. The eleven-year-old claims to be able to conquer a uneven bars staircase, which consists of a series of several consecutive, ascending uneven bars bars, faster than her great opponent, the reigning European uneven bars champion.

Eleven-year-old Josias has a keen eye for our earth. He is very familiar with satellite images and claims that he can recognise the outlines of various capitals of the world better on these photos from space than his extraordinary opponents, who remain secret until the broadcast.

In the duel "Klein gegen Liefers" this time it is not finger but foot skills that are needed when ten-year-old Marius competes against actor Jan Josef Liefers to score more goals than his taller opponent with a giant shovel excavator to which a trainer is attached and a conventional football.
