Frank works for the Bochum Environmental Service as a waste inspector. He tracks down illegal garbage piles and is on the hunt for garbage offenders. His first assignment: the police report an uncontrolled dumping of windows, wooden pallets and construction site waste. And: In Essen's Kaiser Wilhelm Park, tree inspector Nora Sandmair is out and about. On behalf of the city, she checks trees for their road safety.
