Carsten (43) has lost 80 kg + has become much more mobile. In the past, his life partner Sabine (41) had to help him get dressed. Today they pack their suitcases together and can finally travel again. Alexander (38) weighs over 180 kg, he has diabetes, bad liver values and the first fatty deposits on his carotid artery. The man from Cologne knows that his life is in danger. But now it's off to Mallorca, where the good intentions stay at home. Six weeks later, Alexander has to go back to the scales at the diabetes centre. Has he lost weight? Tanja (39) wants to help curvy women, give them more self-confidence and give them a makeover. The young mother Sarah (26) likes to get advice and feels like a newborn afterwards. Patrick (34) + Natalia (33) want to eat healthier. A cooking class is supposed to help the couple. But will Patrick in particular be willing to learn?
