In this episode, two chocolatiers from Upper Bavaria swap cocoa with two cocoa producers from Panama. Antonia + Martha travel to the community of Oreba in the highlands of Panama. There the Upper Bavarians are allowed to help with the cocoa harvest and the traditional production of chocolate. In Garmisch, the colleagues from Panama learn what can be made from cocoa mass: Chef Linus makes pralines, chocolate figures + spreads with Edilsa and Leny. And he brings the two cocoa producers into contact with snow for the first time in their lives.
