Daniel and Olivia experience what returns mean first hand in their store in Zeitz. Not every buyer sends back what they have to. True to their motto, "small flocks make a mess," Daniel and Patrick from Berlin dare to tackle a pallet full of small parts. Christoph and Carina from Dortmund want to double their efforts. Only after many anxious minutes of work do they find out whether their pallet was not a complete waste of time.
