In this edition, the cook and entrepreneur Cornelia Poletto is a guest. She would like to see in team cooking what the candidates do with different Mediterranean taste combinations. In individual cooking, the participants have to show what they can conjure up from the ingredients selected by Cornelia Poletto: plaice, shiitake mushrooms and fregola sarda, before filled pasta is prepared.
