Emotional rollercoaster with Nelson Müller's local cuisine: Nelson Müller, coach in season 11, returns as a guest judge and puts the episode under the motto "German cuisine". It will be decided by drawing lots which team will create spoons of flavour for which region. Dishes from northern, southern, eastern and western Germany are required and local classics such as cheese spaetzle or fried fish are very popular. In the solo cookery competition, skills with local ingredients such as apples, onions and potatoes are required.
